Mr. and Mrs. Everette came to us (a referral!) after a failed “listing experience” in the six-months prior to our meeting. Their only request was – “Work your magic (to) Get it sold”!
We walked the property, and gave our suggestions… Higher list price (WHAT?), stage it beautifully AZ Staging and Design, sell it as an Estate Vineyard (NOT a horse property), and let us market it to the world (social media, email campaigns, advertising, directed campaigns, etc...)!
We took great creative ownership of our stunning, twilight photography JM Real Estate Media and over-the-top videography. GORGEOUS!
In addition to social media, email campaigns, advertising, directed campaigns, etc.., we interviewed/posted video of Mr. Everette - enjoying his family’s creation/vision of/for the property, and had a LISTING REVEAL PARTY – off property at a local wine tasting room – The Hoppy Vine OV partnering with Sommer Lynn and Coleen Hoffman
And, through it all, we had a buyer show-up, ready-to-buy, BEFORE it was even REVEALED!
